Steven and Natalie are local caregivers with a deep passion for supporting adults with disabilities. Natalie’s caregiving journey began in high school and college, working with both children and adults with disabilities, as well as the elderly, before becoming a Physician Assistant. Steven, a Wildlife Biologist from North Dakota and avid hunter, joined Natalie in 2019 to manage a Family Adult Foster Care in the St. Cloud area. They sold their house, left their previous careers, and now run several adult foster care homes in Sauk Rapids, Rice, St. Cloud and Pine River. Their commitment to providing exceptional care reflects their genuine dedication to helping others.

Working in the healthcare industry is one of life best blessings. We come into the world through nurses’ hands and leave the world oftentimes in nurses’ hands. Immigrating to the United Stated to try a different education system than the French, I started working as overnight staff in 2010. I won employee of the year as an overnight working as a direct care staff, as I always desired to put my best foot forward. Fast forward fourteen years later, I have been afforded the greatest opportunity to work alongside Steven, Natalie and Sage starting in 2019. The hard days are nothing compared to the good days. My motto is: every resident, staff and family member deserve to be treated with the utmost respect and dignity. With the support of my lifelong wife Dorothee and my dear daughter Ketsia we will continue to make a difference! ​
